- Fast Track to Civil Team Lead

This internationally recognised engineering powerhouse with expertise across multiple disciplines are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer who is ready to take on a leadership role within their Civil Buildings team. This position offers a clear pathway to a Civil Team Lead role, working on high-profile projects across various sectors in Australia and NZ.
In this role, you will be responsible for the civil engineering design and delivery of significant projects, including major data centres, hospitals, high-rise commercial developments, and sports precincts. You will also:
- Lead and Mentor: Provide technical guidance and support to a team of civil engineers in Australia and NZ, ensuring project quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate: Work closely with internal Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, Hydraulic and ESD teams and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Technical Excellence: Deliver precise, compliant designs for roads, stormwater drainage, carparks, and other civil components of complex developments.
- Client Relationships: Maintain strong connections with clients, contributing to ongoing and future project success.
- Site Management: Oversee site inspections, resolve technical issues, and respond to contractor inquiries.
What You Need
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in civil engineering, with a focus on large-scale building projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software like Civil 3D and AutoCAD, with experience in stormwater and road design according to Australian standards.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring engineering teams.
- Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required. Registration as a Building Practitioner (VIC) and/or NER is desirable.
